Key Terms:

• Rolling licence for 6 or 12 month terms
• One month's notice prior to end of term for either party to terminate
• Deposit 2 months per office
• First month's licence fee (or part thereof up to end of calendar month) payable by BACS upon signing licence agreement
• Further licence fees payable monthly by standing order in advance on the first of the month
• Service charges payable within 10 days of invoice

There are no licensor's legal fees to pay in relation to the licence agreement.

The following services are included within the monthly licence fee:-

• Maintainence of office building including cleaning of offices and common parts and garden maintenance
• Heating, lighting, hot water and power
• Office furniture
• Internet Access
• Payment of building rates (business rates apply)
• Insurance of the building and the licensor's possessions (but NOT the licencee's possessions)
• Car parking (on a first come first served basis)
• Post distribution
