Licence Terms & Prices

Key Terms:
- Rolling licence for 6 or 12 month terms
- One month's notice prior to end of term for either party to terminate
- Deposit £750 per office plus £10 per key
- First month's licence fee (or part thereof up to end of calendar month) payable by cheque upon signing licence agreement
- Further licence fees payable monthly by standing order in advance on the first of the month
- Service charges payable within 10 days of invoice

Service Charges:
The following services are included within the monthly licence fee:-
- Maintainence of office building including cleaning of offices and common parts and garden maintenance
- Heating, lighting, hot water and power
- Office furniture
- Payment of building rates (business rates apply)
- Insurance of the building and the licensor's possessions (but NOT the licencee's possessions)
- First 400 photocopies each month
- Car parking (on a first come first served basis)
- Provision of telephone equipment
- Post distribution
