Key Terms:

  • Rolling licence for 6 or 12 month terms
  • One month's notice prior to end of term for either party to terminate
  • Deposit £750 per office plus £10 per key
  • First month's licence fee (or part thereof up to end of calendar month) payable by cheque upon signing licence agreement
  • Further licence fees payable monthly by standing order in advance on the first of the month
  • Service charges payable within 10 days of invoice

Service Charges:

The following services are included within the monthly licence fee:-

  • Maintainence of office building including cleaning of offices and common parts and garden maintenance
  • Heating, lighting, hot water and power
  • Office furniture
  • Payment of building rates (business rates apply)
  • Insurance of the building and the licensor's possessions (but NOT the licencee's possessions)
  • First 400 photocopies each month
  • Car parking (on a first come first served basis)
  • Provision of telephone equipment
  • Post distribution

The following charges apply to the services listed below. All prices below are exclusive of VAT:-

  • Photocopying - copies in excess of the free quota of 400 per month charged at 7p each
  • Franking machine - for use up to a postage value of £100 per calendar month (pcm): £10 per month (or £15 if business using own logo) plus usage at postage rates. For use in excess of a postage value of £100 pcm the following additional charges apply: refundable deposit equivalent to average month's postage value for that business, plus charge of £5 per £100 postage value above the first £100 to cover running costs. Postage is charged at the post office rates - currently set at 1p less than standard first class and second class stamps.
  • Fax (*Oakridge only) - incoming 20p, outgoing £1.25 per fax + cost of call
  • Telephone - rental per telephone line £25 pcm, rental per extension £15 pcm, voicemail per line £20 pcm, itemised bill per extension £20 per print, call costs BT standard charges - bulk discounts on application, abbreviated dial numbers programming £20 each, each telephone connection/change £35, overseeing BT installation into licensor's Comms £55 per visit, additional telephone engineers changes - prices per application
  • Broadband ADSL Internet - each internet connection/change £35, online access £50 pcm per office. Use of own internet line using licensor's cat5 £25 pcm
  • Server room - subject to availability, £40 pcm per server
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) - subject to availability, £20 per calendar month
  • Adding name to reception board - £25
  • Meeting room hire - £2 per person per half hour
  • Door code changes at licensee's request- £75 each
